Founder's Poker Night by Jeeves is a private Texas Hold'em tournament for founders, investors and senior operators building in Mexico and across LatAm. The idea is simple: put 30-40 people who are usually too busy to talk around the same set of tables, give them four hours and a reason to stay seated, and let the conversations happen on their own. Format: The night runs as a friendly, chip-only tournament. No buy-in, no cash play. We open with an hour of registration, drinks and food while people settle in, then run the tournament in timed rounds with rebuys early on so nobody who busts out in the first twenty minutes is left standing around. We close with a final table and a price for whoever takes it. Rotation is part of the design. Tables get reshuffled between rounds, so most attendees will end up sitting with fifteen or twenty different people over the course of the night rather than the same five. Who it's for: Startup founders and C-level operators in finance and ops active in the Mexican market. Capacity is limited and we would rather run a small room where everyone actually meets than a packed one where nobody does. Beginners are genuinely welcome; we run a short rules walkthrough before the first hand and dealers are there to help.
