This session is where you learn how to say what you have Left Unsaid. Sixty minutes, working session, not a talk. We'll cover the fundamentals of cofounder communication using Nonviolent Communication (NVC): how to separate what actually happened from the story you've built around it, how to find the need underneath the complaint, and how to make a request your cofounder can say yes to rather than a demand they have to defend against. You'll leave with the first draft of a cofounder codex aka a short written agreement covering how an issue gets raised before it's a crisis, what happens when a conversation goes sideways, and who decides when you can't agree.
